Meet Notre Dame’s ‘Rudy,’ and see the latest tech from Honda



You can enter to win a 2013 Honda Civic LX at the Cleveland Auto Show

It’s going to be busy at the Honda display during the Cleveland Auto Show.  At this year’s show, meet the real Rudy Ruettiger, the Notre Dame player who inspired the movie “Rudy.” He’ll be at Honda’s display Wednesday, Feb. 27.

Beyond meeting Rudy, Honda will also giveaway a two-year lease on a 2013 Honda Civic LX Sedan or a $1,000 Visa Gift Card.

Besides giveaways, Honda’s latest technology will be on display at this year’s show. The 2014 Acura MDX Prototype is coming to the Cleveland Auto Show. This MDX was was made in Honda’s Research and Development facility in Raymond, Ohio. You’ll see the all new styling of the MDX, including an aero sculpture with low, wide sleek proportions, and luxurious detailing.

The 2014 MDX Prototype features a longer wheelbase that enhances ride quality, increases second-row legroom, and improves third-row seat access.

“This is yet another example of a pre-production vehicle at the Cleveland Auto Show that the public will soon be able to buy,” said Louis A. Vitantonio, president of the 2013 Cleveland auto Show. “What’s even more significant is that it was designed right here in Ohio.”
