We’ve already seen the 2013 Nissan Altima, 2013 Nissan Sentra and 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. The final new redesign, the 2013 Nissan Versa, can be seen for the first time at the Cleveland Auto Show.
What we saw in Cleveland was an economy car that you cannot call economy. Nissan updating the styling across the Nissan car line, and the Versa was given a major facelift. You’ll notice the new wide, front grille, larger front headlights and a new round outline from bumper to bumper. One of the complaints of the former Versa was that is was too economy, but not anymore. The best part though, the price isn’t changing.

The new Outlander GT is the next generation of the popular, best selling Mitsubishi SUV. While we couldn’t dig really deep into the Outlander, the information Mitsubishi had about this car was enough to get us excited.
Mitsubishi is calling the 2014 Outlander “a fresh new contemporary face that is both appealing and functional with reduced aerodynamic drag.”

One of the most anticipated vehicles of the 2013 Cleveland Auto Show is the all new 2014 Ford Fiesta ST. Ford is relaunching the Fiesta lineup later this year, targeting the young man demographic.
This Fiesta is one of the first cars you’ll see as you enter the show, and it sets the bar high for the rest of the show. The 2014 Ford Fiesta will be a great sports car at a great price. It’s powered by a 1.6 liter EcoBoost engine, 197 hp and 214-lb of torque. The Fiesta ST features a 75-percent stiffer torsion rear beam that sits lower to the ground.
The Ford Motor Co. announced Thursday it is expanding production and adding new jobs to the EcoBoost Engine Production Plant in Cleveland.
Joe Hinrichs, Ford president of The Americas, spoke at the Cleveland, Ohio plant Thursday. Ford will invest nearly $200 million and add 450 jobs at the Cleveland Engine Plant. The workers will build the 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine, which is in 95 percent of the Ford lineup.
“This is our One Ford plan at its best – giving customers the power of choice to decide which fuel-efficient engine is best tailored to their needs,” said Joe Hinrichs, Ford president of The Americas. “Cleveland Engine Plant was the first to produce EcoBoost engines and will continue to be a cornerstone of Ford’s strategy to deliver affordable fuel economy for millions.”

Ride N Drives are one of the most popular parts of the Cleveland Auto Show, because it gives you a chance to take a real test drive of a model you may have interest in. Subaru Ride N Drives will take place 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 23-24 and Feb. 28 – March 3.
The 2014 Forester should be one of the featured Ride N Drive vehicles. We took a few photos last week of the newly designed crossover. The Forester will have a new longer, higher appearance, a stiffer frame and more legroom inside.

Meet Ohio State football players John Simon, Zach Boren and Garret Goebel at the 2013 Cleveland Auto Show.
As we learned yesterday, Auto Shows about more than the cars. We told you about the Cleveland Browns stars past and present coming, but it was also announced that some of the stars of Ohio State’s undefeated 2012 football season will be in attendance at the show.
Meet Ohio State Football Players John Simon, Zach Boren and Garret Goebel from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27.
It was a great year for the Buckeyes, who went 12-0 in Urban Meyer’s first year with the Buckeyes. Say hi to these players and thank them for another great season.
The Cleveland Auto Show runs Friday, Feb. 22 through Sunday March 3 at the IX Center near the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The top manufacturers will be on display with featured vehicles, along with other fun and games. Some even offer Ride ‘N Drive test drives at the show.

Meet Brandon Weeden, Bernie Kosar and Josh Cribbs at the 2013 Cleveland Auto Show
The past and present of the Cleveland Browns will be on hand at the 2013 Cleveland Auto Show.
On Monday, Feb. 25, don’t miss Bernie Kosar and Brandon Weeden will be signing autographs and meeting fans at Ford’s display.
On Saturday, March 2 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., meet return specialist and wide receiver Josh Cribbs at the Hyundai display.
Kosar of course needs no introduction. The retired quarterback is still a Browns legend for what he accomplished in the 1980s with the team. Weeden was the team’s first round draft pick in 2012, and had a promising rookie season.

Cribbs is current Browns legend. The Kent State grad holds the NFL record for punt and kick off returns for a touchdown, and he’s known for thrilling fans on a game-to-game basis.
